PLANNING
We review the contents of a current residence and develop a plan to ‘rightsize’ for the new residence, including space planning.
SORTING
We move, gift, consign/sell, store, donate, and/or dispose.
We can create a comprehensive inventory including photographs, measurements and physical location.
MANAGING
We project manage the move with our trusted moving partners. We pack carefully and unpack efficiently. We can also set up storage unit(s) if needed.

Recognizing that each situation is unique, we help assess what needs to happen to meet goals and timelines, whether imminent or a longer-term plan. We understand that there are many moving parts, and we are here to organize and streamline the process.
We set up storage units to maximize space and accessibility.
We offer ‘a la carte’ and organize smaller spaces, including garages, storage units and attics.
About Alison and Barbara
Alison and Barbara first met when their children were in the same kindergarten class over 15 years ago. Realizing their shared values, they bonded over family dinners and dog walks. With Alison’s experience in high-end retail, and Barbara’s background in international advertising, they share the same commitment to the highest level of client service and the most efficient project planning and execution. After a number of years of working together as freelance Professional Organizers, they decided to expand, enhance and formalize their business as ‘Useful Spaces LLC’.
